Liliya graduated at the Academy of Public Administration and Management under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in "State regulation of the Economy" in 2013. 

She has experience in the banking sector of a major Russian Bank Sberbank, where she worked in the H.R. Department.

Liliya is Russian native speaker and speaks fluent English and Italian.
