Caterina Licciardello

Caterina Licciardello is a lawyer and she is registered with the Bar Council of Cuneo since 2012.

She completed the legal traineeship at the Law Firm “Rossa- Contin” based in Saluzzo, where she primarily dealt with civil law matters.

She graduated in 2008 from the University of Turin with a thesis on civil law entitled: “Termination of a contract due to non-performance”. 

Over the years she has acquired significant experience in civil law matters, (family law, contracts , compensation for damages, litigation matters concerning condominium and banking law, debt collection as well as inheritance law) and today she practises law at her law firm in Saluzzo (CN)

Caterina Francesca Licciardello also developed a particular interest in the fields of children protection and family law which she further studied during a Master in Family and Juvenile Law organised by the A.I.D.I.F (Italian Advocacy for the rights of families) at the Law Foundation Fulvio Croce and that she successfully completed in 2013.

She is registered at the Court of Cuneo in the lists of lawyers available to be appointed as Guardians, Support Administrators and Curators.

She is an Italian native speaker and speaks fluent English.
