Architect Francesca Raia provides architectural design services and technical real estate consultancy in Italy, assisting clients with architectural projects, urban planning procedures, cadastral matters, property evaluations, construction supervision and building safety management for both public and private projects.

She graduated with honors in Architecture from the University of Palermo and obtained her professional license as an Architect in 2006. In the same year, she qualified as a Construction Safety Coordinator for temporary and mobile construction sites, a certification issued by the Order of Engineers of the Province of Palermo, specializing in construction site safety management and safety planning during the design phase.

In 2011 she obtained a PhD in History of Architecture and Architectural Heritage Conservation, focusing on architectural heritage protection, urban regeneration and building restoration.

From 2005 to 2012, she served as a teaching assistant in the course “History of Modern and Contemporary Urban Planning” at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Palermo, contributing to academic research and teaching activities in the fields of urban planning and territorial development.

During the same period, she collaborated with Studio Ingegneri Associati in Palermo, working on architectural design, construction management and construction safety coordination, participating in the development of public and private construction projects.

Since 2013, she has been working as an independent architect in collaboration with SIA Service Engineering and Architecture Studio in Palermo, providing technical consultancy, architectural design and project management for construction and real estate projects.
