Dora Ballabio
After having acquired the classical high school diploma, Dora Ballabio graduated in Law with full marks at the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore in Milan, discussing her thesis, focused on the analysis of the legal profiles of Internet civil liability Service Provider (ISP) also through an experimental approach on the future perspectives of legislation regarding the liability of the ISP.
Qualified in 2015 as a trainee lawyer, she passed the State Exam for the forensic qualification at the Court of Appeal of Milan and has been registered in the relevant register since 2018.
Over the years he has gained specific expertise in real estate law and real rights, collaborating fruitfully with the professionals delegated to sell the district of the Court of Milan.
Passionate about real estate law, the lawyer Ballabio has deepened her civil law studies especially in condominium matters, qualifying herself as a condominium administrator pursuant to Ministerial Decree 140 of 13 August 2014 and founding BL Servizi. Since 2018 he has been responsible for the professional training course enabling the exercise of the profession of condominium administrator in compliance with the Ministerial Decree 140 of 13 August 2014, edited by A.C.A.I.
She also has specific expertise in family and minors law, with particular attention to the care and well-being of minors in the family environment, taking care to manage the difficult relationship with social workers in the most delicate dynamics.
Dora is also authorized to practice with legal aid and is a professional civil mediator.
