Manlio Di Miceli

Manlio Di Miceli is enrolled with the Bar Council of Palermo. He focuses his practice on labour litigation matters.

He graduated in Law at the University of Catania, then he gained a post-graduate specialisation in "Legal Professions" at the Postgraduate School "G. Scaduto " of Palermo, while completing his legal traineeship at the civil and criminal sections of the Court of Palermo.

From 2011 to 2013 he assumed the role of Honorary Assistant Prosecutor at the Procura of Termini Imerese, carrying on the duties of the Honorary Public Prosecutor in criminal hearings before the Justice of the Peace.

In 2014 he became a defender of Juvenile Court of Palermo after completing a special training course. Manlio di Miceli is also the founding Partner of “Di Miceli” Law Firm.  

He works closely with the Social Cooperative "Nido D'Argento" and with several Tax Assistance Centers (CAF), providing qualified legal assistance in court proceedings and in extrajudicial settings, in the areas of Labor Law and Social Security Law.

Manlio Di Miceli is italian native speaker and he speaks English language.
