SOCIAL SECURITY AND PENSION LAW
Francesco Giallombardo is enrolled with the Bar Council of Palermo. He deals specifically with employment law issues concerning in particular the Welfare and Social Security Law.
He graduated in law from the Free University Maria SS. Assumption of Palermo, with a thesis on Commercial Law "The contributions in the limited company," and then he began his traineeship at the District Attorney office of the National Institute of the Social Security of Palermo, developing specific skills on this field.
After he successfully qualified as a lawyer, he mainly focuses his practice on dealing with appeals to the Labour Court for determining the entitlements to social security benefits related to civil disability such as Disability benefits, Pension for incapacity for work, disability allowances, blindness, deafness, attendance allowance, communication allowance and ordinary pensions under ex-law 12 June No 222 of 1984.
He is a member of the Rotaract Club Bagheria since 2007, for which he performed various functions such as the President in the past and honorary member until today.
He is Italian and speak fluently English.
