Fabrizio Dicembre is an experienced treasury and finance professional with over 25 years of experience, who has worked across various industries and countries.

He has a strong background in cash management, capital structuring, and risk management, and has led numerous transformation projects and system implementations. Fabrizio has strong business acumen, passion, and precision. During his carrier, he was also confronted with managing tax strategies, implementing tax restructuring in complex multinational scenario. Fabrizio has held various roles including Independent Director, Director Corporate Treasury Practice, Senior Manager Finance and Risks, Financial Controller, and Global Treasurer.

His responsibilities have included delivering policies and procedures, managing treasury centres, and analysing banking structures- His notable achievements include corporate restructuring, creation of treasury centres, and creation of debt and FX strategies. Implementation of several payment factories and/or cash pools structures, all resulting either in significant cost reductions or process automation or both.

Fabrizio holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Lausanne and Babson College, and a Degree in Business Management from the University of Lausanne. He also has an Intermediate Degree in Economics from the University of Strasbourg.

He is a board member and Vice President of the Association of Corporate Treasurers Luxembourg (ATEL) and a board member of the European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT).
