Mauro Petracca, is the co-founder of ACP & Partners Law Firm based in Palermo. In 2010 he gained a Master's Degree in Law at the University of Palermo with a graduation grade of 110/110 with honors.
In 2011 he obtained a Second Level Master Course at the University of Palermo with a grade of 110 / 110 with honors.
In 2012 he successfully completed a Postgraduate course on Energy Law at Guido Carli Luiss University in Rome with a grade of 110 cum laude.
Mauro Petracca has been professor of "Legislation on the production and rational use of Energy resources" at the University of Catania.
He has also been responsible of the project "Desk of Legality" at the Sicilian Chambers of Commerce, for which he was in charge of assisting companies and enterprises victims of the phenomenon of racketeering and usury. He is enrolled with the bar Council of Palermo since 2014.
After the successful completion of his traineeship with a well-known law firm specialised in the field of Commercial Law and Bankruptcy, Banking and Labor Law, he founded his Law Firm aiming at providing multidisciplinary services primarily designed for both companies and enterprises.
Mauro Petracca has developed specific expertise in the field of Banking Law, Labor and Credit Protection.
He is also experienced at providing assistance and advice about the placement of financial products, the relations between broker and investor and disclosure requirements.
Mauro Petracca provides clients with assistance and advice on establishment of the accounts receivable from persons and companies and individuals on the context bankruptcy procedures and pre-bankruptcy agreements,
He is also enrolled in the lists of defenders who represent legal aid clients.
He speaks Italian and English.
